Billerica Substance Abuse Prevention Forum targeting middle school drug use
Although active substance abuse among young people has decreased since the 2007 Community that Cares Youth Survey (CCYS) was completed, the town’s Substance Abuse Prevention Committee (BSAPC) noted that protective factors have also decreased. Important factors like positive feedback and strong clear parental messages about substance use.
