But it’s not so pleasant when all of them need to use the four locker rooms in the 41-year-old facility. The state’s Department of Conservation, which owns the rink and leases it to North Shore Rink Management, approved the concept of two additional locker rooms costing around $170,000. But the state won’t pay for it.
