Three percent turnout at polls in Middleton
Of the 5,268 registered voters in Middleton, only 164, or 3 percent, showed up at the polls on Monday, May 14 for the annual own Election at Fuller Meadow School. Lynn Murphy was voted in as the new town moderator with a total of 129 votes. Kosta Prentakis was a write-in candidate for the 2-year appointment on the Regional School Committee and received 17 votes. Linda Richards was re-elected to a 3-year Regional School Committee position. — Wicked Local Middleton
