Saugus Police log May 11
At 10:53 a.m. an officer reported a vehicle operating recklessly in the Kmart parking lot. The driver didn’t stop and fled on Route 1. There was a felony warrant on the registered owner. The vehicle crashed at the Carter Street exit on Route 1 in Chelsea. Officers arrested the driver on numerous charges.
